Our Internal Committee / Stakeholder Training Program is designed to equip IC members with the knowledge and skills required to effectively implement the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act). The program focuses on building the capacity of IC members to handle complaints in a fair, sensitive, and legally compliant manner.
The session helps IC members understand their roles and responsibilities under the POSH Act, the process of receiving and addressing complaints, and the importance of maintaining confidentiality and following the principles of natural justice during inquiry proceedings.
Regular IC training ensures that organizations have a competent and well-informed Internal Committee, capable of conducting inquiries professionally, maintaining proper documentation, and ensuring timely resolution of complaints in accordance with the POSH Act.

The workshops help participants understand key concepts related to workplace behaviour, recognize different forms of inappropriate conduct, and develop the ability to address workplace concerns in a responsible and informed manner. Through discussions and practical learning, participants gain a clearer understanding of how the provisions of the POSH Act operate in real workplace situations.
These workshops are suitable for professionals, HR practitioners, consultants, and individuals who wish to upgrade their skills independently, even if they are not attending through an organization.
