Poornam is the brainchild of Rajashri Rajashekhar, a qualified Sociologist and consummate HR professional with more than two-and-a-half decades of experience in the Corporate world. During her last corporate stint with HP Emphasis-EDS, where she was HR Business Partner – ITO, responsible for more than 3,000 people, she realised the importance & necessity of Gender Diversity & Inclusion in the lives of people, especially in the work environment. It is this keen desire to bring tangible, manifest change to positively affect the lives of people and business/es that inspired & motivated her to undertake focused research on the subject; complementing her existing experiences.

The result of about a decade of study & research on this subject is Poornam. Poornam is a movement, an entity, a catalyst that will work to ensure Gender Diversity & Inclusion in every sphere of an individual's life; from school to career. Poornam will work across spectrums with people to ensure that every individual, in all phases and spheres of their life give & receive respect, for being individuals, without any gender biases.
